Invalid password and e-mails not working

Hi everyone I have had my hosting account with cpanel for about 2 years so far, never a problem. Last night, I tried to check my emails on my iPhone and it said my username or password was incorrect, so tried to log in to my cpanel to reset my password and got a message to say my login was invalid. I tried my FTP to see if that was working, that login authentication failed too. However, all my websites are fine, I host about 7 websites which are all OK. I just can't gain access to my cpanel. What could have happened here? Thanks

  Hello :) It's possible your account or email accounts are locked by cPHulk brute force detection. I suggest contacting your web hosting provider to have them check and verify if that's the case. Thank you.
