Account Creation Status: failed

When i tray to open new account then show me this problem. but this user not register in my panel. Account Creation Status: failed The name of another account on this server has the same initial 8 characters as the given username ("softwarehome"). Each username"s first 8 characters must be unique

  Hey, As per the log which you obtained, is there any other user which has the same first 8 letters, ie 'software' ? Those 8 characters should be unique as per the error which you are receiving
