Reseller can't create unlimited bandwidth hosting

Hi, i already enable Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Bandwidth but reseller can't create hosting with unlimited bandwidth Here the screenhost [Removed] please advice Thank you

  Hello :) Accounts that have an unlimited bandwidth quota or unlimited disk quota are not resource limit compatible. Thus, if you have enabled "Limit accounts that reseller can create by Resource Usage", accounts will not be able to use packages with unlimited disk quota or bandwidth quota. You can create packages with very large quota/bandwidth limits to avoid this problem. Note: Please ensure you attach images directly to the thread. Thank you.
