Mail received sometimes and sometimes not
Hello to Cpanel forum members,
I had one bizarre problem with my email that is I didn't received emails from some people some times and some time I received from same people.:confused:
This thing makes me very confuse because i missed many important mails and also there is misunderstanding creates between me and that person.
He/She thinks they had sent mail and I had received but in actual I didn't receive :(
I couldn't figure out what to do and how to find this problem?
This is the most recent case
WHM "Email "Mail Delivery Reports shows that I had received email
Event: success
Result: Message accepted
The main Exim Log also showing something like this. Please help me guys.

Re: Mail received sometimes and sometimes not !! Hello cPanel's, I have exactly the same issue as described by jammu1317. Did someone find a solution? Thanks 0 -
Hello :) Please search for the message using the "exigrep" utility. EX: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
Does it show up as delivered successfully? Note that you must have root access to use this command. You must contact your hosting provider for assistance if you do not have root access. Thank you.0 -

Hello Michael, thanks for reply and this command, Yes I have the root access and as written above I had checked in WHM, also downloaded the file exim_mainlog and opened it in Notepad++ and searched that email and lastly I had used this command also and found in all case it same. R=virtual_user T=virtual_userdelivery Completed The only one thing is different in some mails I have message "mail accepted for delivery" and in some mails I have "Warning: "SpamAssassin as popgrp detected message as NOT spam (-1.2)" On the mails I have Warning they didn't have message mail accepted so is the SpamAssassin creating problem? Should I disable it from Cpanel? But it's marking message as NOT Spam then it should be deliver right? It's making me very confused :confused: Please Guide me Michael.0 -
