FTP Remote

Hello good evening. I have a question regarding the backup, I've read the documentation but still continue with it. Today there is a running cpanel latest version and the rule of backup server is configured to send files to a remote FTP, so far no problems, the problem is that when the backup file is very large it of error, backups generally superior to 3GB . If I connect via SSH and use a scp command I can send files to remote FTP without problems. Is there any hint that the configuration is not for me to transfer these files without problems?   Hello, Please check FTP session timeout limit and increase it then try it.

  Hello :) Please review the following log file: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log Do you notice any specific error messages in this log file? In particular, do you see anything related to the account archive that failed to copy over? Thank you.

  Please try increasing the "Maximum destination timeout" value under "Global Settings" in "WHM Home " Backup " Backup Configuration". The maximum value for this field is 50000 seconds. This is a different value than the one you have modified. Thank you.

  Hello everyone. I've been informed that this process solved the problem. Confirmed and the backup was copied correctly, with 30GB files were copied. Thanks for your help.
