Tomcat not unpacking entire war file.

Hi all, I am in need of serious assistance. I have enabled Tomcat in easyapache and activated servlets for a clients account. I then have uploaded the supplied war file from the client in to the public_html directory and have checked the clients working directory and the war file starts to unpack but only unpacks it partially. Only the WEB-INF folder is present in the working directory. If I unpack it manually in the public_html directory to test the compressed war file for integrity, it extracts everything without any trouble. Does anyone have any clues as to why this is happening? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you Brett
