Random Login Failed

Hello, while logged into WHM as root, occasionally I will be signed off and would need to log back on. When I log on with my information, I'll receive a Login Failed error. I've never messed my password settings at all. I tried logging in from a different IP and also through SSH but the login seems to fail. When I reboot my server, I'm able to login with my info. After maybe an hour, the same thing will happen again. I actually just reinstalled my OS, what can the issue be? Thanks

  Hello, Please check you server access logs and post here. Also whitelist you IP on server firewall

  Hello :) Please note that reinstalling the OS/cPanel is rarely a solution for this type of issue. Check the "Login/Brute History Report" in "WHM Home " Security Center " cPHulk Brute Force Protection" the next time this happens to see if your IP or the "root" user was locked out by cPhulkd. If your IP was locked out, you can add it to the "White List (Trusted IP List)" to prevent it from happening again (assuming you have a static IP). Thank you.
