Hello :) Please browse to: "WHM Home " Backup " Backup Configuration" There is a section called "Databases" where you can choose between: Per Account Only Entire MySQL Directory Per Account and Entire MySQL Directory Note that the public_html directory is backed up by default when the account is packaged. Thank you.

You can actually just select "Per Account Only" unless you prefer to also backup the entire MySQL directory. Thank you.

    1. What does 'entire MySQL directory' actually means ? All databases from all accounts ? I just need to backup each client files and databases... and restore it after when need it. 2. I also need to schedule certain time to trigger backup ( i.e. 4 AM), is it possible ? 3. Will I be able to restore only public_html files or only databases for example ?

You can change the time when backups run in Home " Server Configuration " Configure cPanel Cron Jobs. On that page, backup is the "new" backup system, and cpbackup is the legacy backup system. [QUOTE]What does 'entire MySQL directory' actually means ? All databases from all accounts ?
It means the entire MySQL directory will be backed up, in addition to backups of databases that are put in accounts' backups. You can select Per Account Only to have only the databases associated with an account backed up and stored as part of the account's database; the entire MySQL directory will not be backed up as a whole. Our documentation explains this in detail:
