SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient

When I try to send mails via any cPanel webmail cleint, I am getting the following error: SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient Help me!

  Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this server? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.
