Cleaning up logs today
Hi all,
Today I'm spending some time going through all our servers and looking for any error to fix.
I found these in exim_paniclog on one server
Failed to find user "system" from expanded string "${lookup{$domain}lsearch* {/etc/userdomains}{$value}}" for the virtual_aliases_nostar router
and this
1XPoFG-001ZvQ-0u spam acl condition: cannot parse spamd output
Any ideas?

Hello :) Are those consistent error messages that continue to appear in the /var/log/exim_paniclog or do you only see single entries of those errors? The following thread deals with the first error message you referenced: Failed to find user "system" You will find several threads when searching for "spam acl condition: cannot parse spamd output" in our forums. Thank you. 0 -
Yes I see more of it, almost each minute now. 0 -
Looks like this occurs with all parked domains added manually and added to system user via WHM using Add dns zone. 0 -
Is the thread referenced in my previous post helpful as a workaround? If you can reproduce the issue, please ensure you submit a bug report so we can take a closer look and open an internal case if necessary: Submit A Bug Report You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0
