cPanel Email Database

Hello, I'm having trouble locating the database for email accounts made using cPanel, I want my users (staff) to use that email login information to log into the email panel on the website. How can I make this possible? I have looked at my databases through phpMyAdmin and found only my wordpress database and the information schematics. Does cPanel use something else? Thanks in advance.

  Could I use those files to authenticate (log in) a user into my site?

  The passwords are encrypted so you will not be able to see them in plaintext. You could direct them to a webmail client included with cPanel if the purpose is to give them access to a web-based email client. Thank you.
