Can't Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server
I used the copy multiple accounts tool and it copied over almost half (9 accounts, around 25GB total). It failed on the other half (some as large as 15GB, others only a few MB), so I tried the process again. No matter what I do, I keep getting basically the same error:
[quote]Basic credential check...
The password you provided is not correct.
root@XXX.XXX.XXX.XX's password: ==sshcontroloutput==
root@XXX.XXX.XXX.XX's password:
sshcmdpermissiondeny
The password is correct. I can login to WHM and SSH just fine on the old server, and this system worked to copy the first half of my sites. I tried changing my password on the old server and that did not help. I tried creating public keys on both servers and using that option, but it still gives the same error. Why is it still giving an error about the password when I'm using public keys? What can I do to fix this? One of the main reasons I'm even paying for cPanel on this new server was to make the transfer nice and easy, but so far it's done the exact opposite.

Whitelist source server's IP in destination server's firewall and destination server's IP in source server's firewall and try again. 0 -
Thanks for the reply. I just that and it made no difference. No matter what I'm still getting the "sshcmdpermissiondeny" error. 0 -
Hello :) Is cPHulk enabled on the source server? If so, does temporarily disabling it make any difference? Thank you. 0 -

Yes, apparently that was the issue. I put in a support ticket with my old host last night and they mentioned something about cPHulk causing the problem. Hopefully this will help someone else since I didn't see a thing about cPHulk when googling the problem.0 -
I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. Thank you. 0
