    Whitelist source server's IP in destination server's firewall and destination server's IP in source server's firewall and try again.

    Thanks for the reply. I just that and it made no difference. No matter what I'm still getting the "sshcmdpermissiondeny" error.

    Yes, apparently that was the issue. I put in a support ticket with my old host last night and they mentioned something about cPHulk causing the problem. Hopefully this will help someone else since I didn't see a thing about cPHulk when googling the problem.
