best way to debug "max deferred email" offenders?

Hello! Wich is the best way to debug who is sending deferred emails on a domain who reach the limit too often? Thanks!

  ConfigServer Mail Queues may be useful.

  Hello :) You could also monitor /var/log/exim_mainlog to see which email accounts are sending mail from the domain name in question. Thank you.
