Cron vs Date

My cron is scheduled for at 6:00 am, however it is running at 3:00 am My timezone is Recife and my date was 3:00 a.m., when I received the email. root@whm01 [~]# date Sat Sep 6 03:07:31 BRT 2014 Cron cPanel: 0 6 * * * php -q /home/oozetime/public_html/cliente/00z3TIME/cron.php

  Is a dedicated server or a VPS? I had similar issue with a VPS because main node wrong timezone.

  @ oozetime, Cloud also same as VPS, the issue could be your main node timezone. Consult with your hosting provider.

  I am the owner of the dedicated that provides VPS for me. The date of this dedicated and correct with the correct timezone, as well as VPS. After a reboot things are back to normal.
