Detect Bounced Emails not showing in Inout Mailing List Manager

Hi Everyone, I'm having a really hard time figuring out the Detect Bounced Emails of InoutScripts Mailing List Manager. I'm kind of new to this, and I'm trying to know the reason why there are thousands of bounced (mail deliveries) in our webmail and shows nothing in our Inout MLM interface. Is it really normal to have 1000 emails sent and 116 successful? I can see the errors via the webmail, though I would like the emails (bounced indicated in the mail deliveries) to show up in Inout MLM so we may segregate our email database appropriately. Unfortunately, I can't figure it out as well as our IT team. I don't know what I'm missing out but this thing is driving me crazy:(, any thoughts and opinions are highly appreciated. Thank you so much:)

  Hello :) The application you referenced is a third-party application that is not developed by cPanel. I suggest consulting with the support or development team for that application, as you will likely get more useful feedback that way. Thank you.
