    Hello :) It's possible the recipient's email program doesn"t support read receipts, or has decided to disable that functionality in their client. Thank you.

    Think I got it. As per microsoft it only works with Microsoft Exchange :) [url=http://support.microsoft.com/kb/192929]Delivery receipts and read receipts in Outlook So it's not a cpanel or exim issue. Hope this helps anyone that has this query from their clients aswell.
