WHM RAM Usage?

Hey all, I've installed WHM on a VPS and XenCenter is reporting it as using 3936 of 4096 MB RAM. Does that sound right? It's not serving any websites .vB .vB Thanks :) Also, is it possible to change my "cPanel/Enkompass Access Level" as I had incorrectly entered website owner. I get a "you do not have permission to view this page" error when trying to edit my profile.
