I don't recommend using apache jailshell. We also had similar problems. Websites on the server were randomly going offline. It is a very unstable system. mod_ruid2 on its own is fine tough.

Hello :) The issue you have described is a known bug. For reference, the internal case number is 108233. Please monitor our change logs to see when a resolution has been released: cPanel - Change Logs The current workaround is to access SSH as each user after a reboot. Thank you.

cPanelMichael, Thank you for the reply, at least I know that my configuration is good! Should I just watch the changelog for Case "108233"? Thank you. [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - Okay - I see all the cases in the changelog, okay so I'll monitor that. Thank you for your time!

Hello, people! Same problems for me. The fix is released for 11.46 branch, there is no fix for 11.44 at the moment. Always used '/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf && /etc/init.d/httpd stop && /etc/init.d/httpd start' as a workaround after reboot.

The resolution is included with cPanel version 11.44.2, but there is currently no exact time frame on when that build will be published. Thank you.
