Mysql Upgrade to 5.5

Hi, I upgraded my mysql from 5.1 to 5.5. Should I change some configuration on cPanel? Some elements of one of my sites are not ok: - removed -

  Hello, There are major changes involved in migration to 5.5, what exactly are the error messages which you get on your sites ? Access your sites and check the logs to find the errors.
