Pkgacct user and root on the same time is this normal?

Hi Is this normal to have on the same time user and root to do the same thing? .vB If not how can i fix this? Thanks

  Hello :) You can run the following command to see if one is simply the parent process: ps auxf
  It's normal to see pkgacct run as "root" and package the contents of the account as the account username, however the above command should let you know if it's an old process that's hanging. Thank you.
