Hello :) Could you elaborate on how the SSL certificate is generated automatically? For instance, where do you see the certificate installed? Thank you.

When i create a new cPanel account for domain "abc.com" from WHM (root) It automatically get a ssl cert.(self signed) i mean when i try to access /https://abc.com ... its accessable. I looked everywhere but not found any self signed ssl certificated installed for that host. Should i create a support ticket and provide root login details so cPanel support staff can check ?

Please check the following option in WHM: "WHM Home " SSL/TLS " Manage SSL Hosts" Do you see a certificate installed on the shared IP address? If so, it will default as the SSL certificate for any other domain names using that IP. Thank you.

That's normal behavior. You could manually modify the Apache configuration file to add an extra VirtualHost for the hostname so it shows the default cPanel page. There is a thread on this here: Shared IP Shows Website Thank you.

Are you positive that no SSL certificates are installed on this IP address? For instance, none of the certificates listed in "WHM Home " SSL/TLS " Manage SSL Hosts" are for domain names associated with an account assigned this IP? Thank you.
