Dev version to put on lan dev server

Is there such a thing as a dev version of WHM CPanel? My live server infrastructure is mostly CPanel based and I would like to setup my internal dev server with CP as well to facilitate migrations and deployment. Is there something like that?

  Not what I meant at all, I want to install WHM/CPanel on my LAN server so I can develop and host sites in the same environment and therefore remove any errors that sometimes occur by having the 2 servers not configured the same, also migration between CP's is a breeze.

  There's no native features that will make such a configuration easier. Also, it's important to keep in mind that you must have at least one public IP address that can make an outgoing connection for license verification purposes.
