Problema con DNS

Hola: Tiempo atras puse una pregunta semejante, pero nadie la contesto, por lo que vuelvo a probar suerte: Tengo un VPScon Centos 5 y cPanel, y no demasiados recursos, es por eso que me preocupa la cantidad de mensajes que aparecen en el log de:

Solo es un ejemplo, aparecen algunos cientos mas, y no se como evitar ese trafico. Se supone que mi DNS solo deberia preocuparse de mis sites...."Es normal este trafico?, "puedo evitarlo? "Como!?

Al parecer, y en mi caso concreto, el error se produce porque Fail2ban bloquea una direcci"n por repetidos ataques, y luego intenta informar de la direcci"n bloqueada a quien pertenece...... He deshabilitado la b"squeda de whois en los action de fail2ban...veremos como va el tema....
