domlogs and user logs

the logs files in /usr/local/apache/domlogs work but in user directory /home/USER/access-logs the same file not updated

  Hello :) Could you elaborate further on what you mean when you say it's not updated? For instance, does the access-logs symbolic link exist? Thank you.
