Shared SSL Certificate URL Installed on my Website
Hi everyone, I am a amateur blogger and I am facing a problem on my website.
I think a hacker installed a Shared SSL Certificate URL on my website and I can't find where to delete this shared SSL URL. I found a 'SSL/TLS Manager' and it shows the 'Shared SSL Certficate URL' but I am unable to delete it.
Also in the 'Certificates' option, there are no certificates installed.
I hope I can find the best help here.
Regards

BTW Due to this reason the normal HTTP website comes up with HTTP 500 Internal Server Error and the HTTPS website redirects to another website. 0 -
Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner", indicating you do not have root access to this server. Have you reported this issue to your web hosting provider? Thank you. 0 -
Hi Michael :) Yes I am just a website owner and I do not have the root access. And NO I haven't yet contacted my hosting provider. I thought maybe I should try to fix it myself. So does this require me to ask my hosting provider for help? Thank you. 0 -
Yes, assuming you did not authorize this certificate installation, it's a good idea to report this to your provider. Thank you. 0 -
Thank you Michael. I will report it ASAP. 0
