Cron Jobs not working - Cpanel 11.42.0
Hi,
Iam getting following error in my Cron Job. Iam using Cpanel 11.42.0 (Build 23)
1. mount: /var/fake/[USER]/var/lib/mysql not mounted already, or bad option
2. cp: cannot create symbolic link `/var/fake/[USER]/etc/./exim.pl': File exists
3. /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: line 1: 8371 Bus error
Could anyone please help on this issue.

Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this server? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider. Note that the version of cPanel you have referenced is outdated. Version 11.42.1.26 of cPanel should be installed, assuming the LTS release for 11.42 is selected on this server. Thank you. 0 -
Hi, Thanks, I would inform to our Hosting provider. I need another clarification, few Cron jobs are not running and also I do not getting errors. Is this also linked to cPanel outdated? 0 -
@ Ameex, Michael didn't say, its happend due to outdated cpanel version, If you are having root access you can see all kind of logs and find out the root causes of issues. If you don't have root access better contact your hosting provider for more details. 0 -
Right, I mentioned the outdated cPanel version but I'm not saying it's the cause of the problem. It's just something that your hosting provider should address while they are investigating the cron job issue for you. Thank you. 0 -

yes have reported this to my hosting, without result :(
Could you elaborate on this a little more? The error message you reported is not an issue that you can address without help from your hosting provider. Thanks!0
