Quota says 300Mb used but it's actually 2.5Gb

    Hello :) Have you verified that all of the files in that directory are owned by the account username and not by "root" or "nobody"? Files owned by a different username do not count towards the overall quota limit. Thank you.

    Hmm that does seem to be the case. I'm confused. This server when new files are created, the user is set to 99, but on my other server it sets them to the correct user. Any ideaS?

    It's like you are using DSO as the PHP handler and files uploaded by the PHP script itself are owned by the "nobody" username. You may need to switch to suPHP and manually update the file ownership if that behavior is not acceptable. Thank you.
