Hello :) Have you verified that both URLs are resolving to the same server? For instance, when you ping the domain name with "www", do you get the same IP address as when you ping it without? Thank you.

I pretty sure that the point to the same. DNS setting from cloudflare: A domain.com - > to IP CNAME www - > alias of domain.com I ping the domain.com and the /www.domain.com and I have the same answer!

Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

I have that problem only in the index file. works. Apache Error_log does not say anything about that

Can I see directories from a www folder via a URL Can I see directories from a www folder via a URL? I have WHM/cPanel and im root. I need something like this : /http://IP/~(account)/domain.com/index.html <- that shows the public_html folder. The www is a sumbolic link that points to public_html. I want to see /http://IP/~(account)/www/domai.com/index.html <- at least something like this. I need it because I see different index pages for the same domain name. (www and public_html)

You could manually create the subdirectories and move the content into the new location if you want to see that path in the address bar. Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature if you want us to take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

Thanks Michiel, I ll create a ticket later for the www folder and the IP. But what about the main topic "www subdomain is crashed and no-www is ok" ? I have restart the dns, apache, server and the problem still exist in index.html page. :S It too weird .. Any thoughts ? I have delete all the html and php code that I have in this index and I can not see any results from the url:

I suggest opening a support ticket for the issue with the www/non-www prefix so we can take a closer look. Please ensure you post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
