Latest cPanel & WHM Builds - STABLE 11.44.1.18

Hi cPanel Team and Friends, We are using MySQL version 5.1.72-cll. Can we safely upgrade our WHM 11.40.1 (build 9) WHM/cPanel to the latest Stable version 11.44.1.18, without any MySQL 5.1 compatibility problem for the latest Stable 11.44.1.18 and or without any other problem?? Thank you very much indeed!
