Hello, Please conatct to your service provider regarding this. They will reboot the server for you and perform /scprits/upcp --force to update cPanel on your server. 0 -
Hello :) Do you have "root" access to this server? If so, what error do you get when attempting to access this server via SSH? Thank you. 0 -

Server time out when try to connect through SSH it never connects I have KVM too can I fix my Centos OS or/and cPanel through it0 -
It's likely a better idea to use KVM to address whatever caused this issue, rather than attempting to manually fix each error message. Do you notice any output in /var/log/messages or /var/log/dmesg that would indicate file system corruption or a drive failure? Did you preform any actions just before this problem started? Thank you. 0 -
Yes I have removed duplicate packages from the system and one of them made that file system corruption it is that library : error while loading shared libraries: liblzma.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - But please note I cannot access log files as SSH is unreachable, if you please can tell me how to get the log files through KVM I can get the logs here ? 0 -
You may need to copy over the specific package you removed from a working system with a similar environment to it's correct location. I suggest consulting with a qualified system administrator or your hosting provider to assist you with this if you are not comfortable doing so on your own. Thank you. 0
