subdomain not working

Hello : My customer have many subdomain but few of them not working ! I checked DNS, A record but not problem there . How Can get more detail about this issue ? Thanks

  Hello :) Check to see if the subdomain resolves to the IP address associated with the account. Does the domain name it's associated with use your name servers? Thank you.

  Hello : Ping : yes Command : Work host nojum.xxxcom nojum.xxxx.com has address 144.76.59.xxx ----------------------- even run : /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf not help us.

  What error message do you see when attempting to access the subdomain? Have you tried from an alternate web browser? Thank you.

  Yes ... Chrome, Firefox This webpage is not available Reload
