Connecting with SFTP
Hello,
How do I connect over SFTP; could you please help me out with that?
I'm using MAC OS, CyberDuck and I'm getting:
Broken transport; encountered EOF. & Exhausted available authentication methods. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
The OS is Centos 6.5.
Thank you!

Where might be the problem ? Thank you!0 -
Hello :) There are several threads open where users have reported this error message. You can search our forums for the last failure message you see to view a list of these threads, or simply type this exact entry into Google: "Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)." site:forums.cpanel.net
Let us know if any of those solutions are helpful. Thank you.0 -
Hi I'm having similar problems with Cyberduck. I am trying to access our linux server through cyberduck, an internet application to use as an FTP client. I can log into the server from the terminal, but I am having problems getting on using cyberduck. The error says "Exhausted available authentication methods. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance." I think I have made too many errors when signing in and it is blocking my computer now? I tried on another person's computer here and I can use Cyberduck to access the linux server just fine doing the exact same thing. I tried to restart my computer but it still says the same thing "Exhausted available authentication methods. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance." And I have re-installed cyberduck but I still run into the same issue. Do you know how to remove the 'block'? Here's an online post about it 0 -

To clarify, you can access your server via SFTP through other methods, and it's only failing with the CyberDuck client? You also mention that it's working fine with the CyberDuck client on another computer. This suggests to me a local issue with your workstation. You may want to reinstall the CyberDuck application to see if the issue persists. Thank you.0
