Hello :) Internal case number 107625 is open to address an issue where extracting zip archives with utf-8 characters in the filename mangles the filename upon extraction. The current workaround is to extract the archive from the command line. Is this applicable to the issue you are experiencing? Thank you.

Thank you for the follow up. Do you mean extract via SSH?

BTW, I tried to upload the Chinese name file via FileZilla, it's not working too.

Right, the issue occurs when extracting the archive via File Manager. The method used to upload the archive is not relevant in the case. Are you able to extract the archive via SSH using the "unzip" command? Thank you.
