request timeout when send newsletter

Hi : I have 2000 newsletter subscriber, when I want send email then I get "Request timeout error" I don't know why this error occur ? send email for every 50 subscriber group. - database related ? - exim ? - PHP ? - Webserver ? thankful guide me.

  Hello, Can you please let me know where are you getting the "Request timeout error" ? on your news newsletter ? If you are getting this error on browser then I will suggest you please check your webserver logs.
