Cpanel update failure in upcp

    Hello, Please post /var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1411329421.log files error content. Also try to perform upcp forcefully on sever using below command : /scripta/upcp --force

    @cpanelMichael : no, i dont know. every cpanel always attempt to update but failed. 1 again, i have proxy in my network. do i must setting proxy for update? wheres file config to setting proxy?

    It depends on how you have configured the proxy. You may need to consult with your data center or hosting provider for help with disabling it if you are concerned that's the reason for the loss of connectivity. Thank you.
