WHM unsuspension emails marked as spam by SpamAssasin
I was puzzled to find this: SpamAssassin is giving a very high spam score (7.6) to the default unsuspension emails from WHM.
i.e the ones with subject "Account Unsuspended on SERVER (DOMAIN)", which arrive From: "cPanel on SERVER"
Here are the tests:
-0.7 RP_MATCHES_RCVD Envelope sender domain matches handover relay domain
0.0 TVD_SPACE_RATIO TVD_SPACE_RATIO
2.0 SUBJECT_UNNEEDED_ENCODING Subject encoded but not non-ASCII?
2.3 TVD_SPACE_ENCODED TVD_SPACE_ENCODED
1.0 BODY_URI_ONLY Message body is only a URI in one line of text or for
an image
3.0 TVD_SPACE_RATIO_MINFP TVD_SPACE_RATIO_MINFP
This is the edited/anonymized message body:
I can create some whitelisting rules, but I think this should be addressed at the source. Any comments? Best regards, Jorge

Hello :) Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0 -
Here's the resolution: [quote]I believe this is an issue with Spam Assassin and perhaps our formatting of the emails. I have opened an internal case to have this looked into. For your reference it is 119245. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA on a resolution or fix for this and it is quite possible it may be something in Apache Spam Assassin that is the cause which could require having to reach out to them.
So, all we can do is wait...0
