    Hello, Did you update rpm files using /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix and again try to upgrade the mysql ? if yes, please post error which you face. Thanks

    Yes, I run /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix and in WHM/MySQL Upgrade I have the same error.

    Hello :) Please ensure you are using the latest version of cPanel available on your build tier before upgrading MySQL. If you are not, you can update cPanel via: /scripts/upcp --force
    Assuming you have MySQL 5.5 installed and you have not installed MariaDB/Percona, then you could ensure it's detected as installed with a command such as: /scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL55 installed
