Filter in Webmail

I want to create a filter with subject. If I receive a mail with that subject this should copy to a particular folder which I created on my webmail. So this should not be downloaded to my local outlook laptop/desktop or to my mobile device. Is it Possible? If so which mail appln do I need to use? Squirrel, Roundcube or Horde? Thanks in advance Tamarin
