problem in opening my website

Hey Guys I am very new to the web development. Earlier i have hosted my website to Plesk but now i have migrated to that to cpanel. After this i started facing few issues. 1. I am not able to connect to my ftp site. 2. I am not able to open my site without www., i.e. if i write "www.mydomain.com" then it works but just "domain.com" is not working. Also i am not able to open my site from mobile. Please guide me in this Thanks in advance Ankur

  Hello :) I suggest using a website such as IntoDNS to make sure your name servers are configured properly and your domain name is resolving to the correct server. Have you tried accessing FTP with the IP address of the cPanel server? Thank you.
