DNS resolution from VPS dies after a few minutes

I have been struggling with this for a few hours now Even opened a ticket but thought i will ask the folks here too what might be causing this ? I am on a VPS /etc/resolv.conf has 8.8.8.8 VPS can ping out fine after a reboot and then a few mins later nothing .. /etc/resolv does not change i have csf and have tried disabling it with same results .. any thoughts gurus ? thanx .

  To update, it's been suggested to the user to contact their data center/hosting provider because this may be an issue with the network connectivity. Thank you.
