Try checking to ensure a valid PTR (RDNS) record is configured for the IP address used for sending email from your server. Typically, your data center or hosting provider must configure this record for you, and it's advised to have it match the hostname of the server. 0 -

I did a google search on error 501 and this is the result .. " Error 501: Syntax error in parameters or arguments. >>In the majority of the times it's due to an invalid email address, but it can also be associated with connection problems (and again, an issue concerning your antivirus settings).<< 0 -

Hello :) The message you are receiving is from the remote mail server. Is it only happening for that particular server? If so, try contacting their support or mail administrator to see why they are bouncing your messages with that error. Thank you. 0 -

For now two different email servers SMTP error from remote mail server after HELO server: host mx01.gmx.com [74.208.5.27]: 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments SMTP error from remote mail server after HELO server: host mx-ha02.web.de [213.165.67.120]: 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments I doubt there may be some config problem or server.. one email is ok.. that it can be remote server problem but why two emails? I will get any more errors and then will be right back.0 -
Are you using a syntactically correct hostname? For instance, make sure there are no capital letters and it's a valid FQDN. Also, ensure your entries in /etc/mailhelo for your domain names are valid. Thank you. 0 -
