    Hello :) Have you checked the SPAM folder to see if Google/Hotmail marked the message as SPAM? Make sure DKIM and SPF records are enabled for the domain name, and that RDNS is configured for the IP address used to send email. Thank you.

    Hello, The Spam box is empty. The DKIM, SPF and RDNS " all right! This problem is just Microsoft domains! (hotmail.com for example)

    You may want to review /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if Hotmail provided a specific bounce or failure message. If not, you can review their email guidelines at:
