Another Email not delivered problem

Hello every one, this is my first post, i hope i can get some help here. my setup is like this: i have a dedicated server that has one account which has 2 email addresses, email1 & email2. i am using 2 computers, 2 separate ISPs and webmail to test sending mails. now what happens is: sending email from the 2 computers & webmail from MAIL1 can be delivered anywhere. sending email from the 2 computers & webmail from MAIL2 gives the same results which is it can not be delivered all the times, i mean if i send to hotmail & gmail, it's not delivered, i tried to send to another host, it was delivered. these 2 emails were just created. i checked mxtools, my ip is not listed as a spam. i have SPF & DKIM enabled. if i create a new email, it's always the same case with EMAIL2 ! how can i trace this problem? i am out of ideas!     Hello :) Are the messages bounced from providers such as Hotmail and GMail or do they send out successfully? If you see a bounce, what's the bounce text show? You can also search the message in /var/log/exim_mainlog. EX:
    exigrep user2@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog

    i dont think so i tested the emails from mail2, they all can be delivered to other hosts, except GMAIL & HOTMAIL (not sure if there are more) but my first email (mail1) has no problems at all, the messages immediately delivered to GMAIL & HOTMAIL i am not sure if it's restriction from gmail & hotmail or cpanel issue or something else! and by the way, when i send from (malil2) to a user that does not exist in hotmail or gmail, i get MAIL DELIVERY ERROR, meaning that they received the email and sent me back a no-user-found email ! how come?? here is the log for the emails that has not arrived to my gmail and hotmail:

    Hello :) You may need to check the SPAM folders on the recipient's Hotmail/Gmail interface, as it looks like the messages were accepted by those remote mail servers. If the messages were accepted, then you would have to consult with those providers to determine why they are not appearing in their inboxes. Thank you.

    Hi, thank you. Actually for HOTMAIL, there is nothing at all! in GMAIL i found all in spam. still questionable issue, how come an email from same site reaching hotmail and the other dont (not even spam)? and why an email reaches gmail inbox, while all others are spam ?? thanks!

    It's the remote mail servers that are determining why a message is marked as SPAM or not delivered to the inbox. It's better to review their bulk sender guidelines (even if you are not a bulk sender) and contact them to report that your email is not delivered or incorrectly marked as SPAM. Thank you.
