Transfer manually account.

Hi i have many sites on a hosting where the whm and cpanel not work (The hosting support are working on that) My problem is that i need fix an account asap. I have access to Paralel desk and the file manager. My question is if is possible with this take the files and move manually to new server. Idon"t have access to ssh is boken and the mysql conection is missing. Is possible? and what i need to do? regards.

  Hey, Without the SSH or WHM, you would not be able to initiate a transfer of accounts. You mentioned you have File manger, if so do you have any of your cpanel created backups? If you have, download them to your local machine and then move it to a new server and restore the accounts.

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on the specific issue you are experiencing with your website? Do you have root access to the cPanel server? Note that there are no tools or feature in cPanel that allow you to package an account for restoration on another control panel. You would have to manually download the files using FTP or File Manager. Thank you.
