Weekly Backups with Paper Lantern

I've found many similar threads, but nothing that precisely describes this problem: basically I enabled weekly backups for customer access in WHM, and in X3 one can access them no problem. The "weekly" button is missing from paper lantern however, and I cannot find any alternative buttons. Instead, it says: Account Backups You do not have any automatically generated backups that are currently available. Your server administrator or server owner must enable this feature.
Has anyone had the same problem, and does anyone know how to resolve it?

  Hello :) Could you let us know which version of cPanel is installed on your system and confirm if you are using legacy backups? Thank you.
