Change main domain home directory

I see this questions on these forums but I never really see an answer. I have WHM with cPanel. I created a new account with the domain name. It auto setup the directory as
/home/cyber
Which cyber is the username. This is fine normally. However, I want the www domain to point to a subfolder like this
/home/cyber/site
I would like to setup subdomains also.
