Mail Certificate Warning
I am having a problem with Certificate Warning when opening Outlook.
Every time I open Outlook I get a Certificate warning about names not matching. I have Included an Image or screen shot.
I have installed and ssl on my host server services. I have verified this as well. I have added a Domain name which also has a ssl certificate. For the life of me I am not able to figure what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello :) You will need to ensure the mail server hostname you are using for SSL connections in your email client matches the SSL certificate name installed for the service under: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates" Also, it must be a signed certificate to prevent email client warnings. Thank you. 0 -

Can you please click on "View Certificate" and check which name is showing your SSL Certificate0 -
I assume you are talking about the warning message that I get in in outlook when I first open it up. I have three e-mails setup in outlook currently they all show the same name server.myhostname.com which what I assume it should say sence I am using ssl connection for all email accounts. I also have certificate installed on all services under my FQDN in WHM. 0 -

To update, the issue was resolved after the user reconfigured the accounts in the email client. Thank you. 0 -
Reconfigured how? I have a client with the same issue and I'm unable to see any issues. The client is using the FQDN as the IMAP and SMTP server. What was the setting that was changed? 0 -

The user deleted the email account in their mail client (they configured it prior to setting up the SSL certificate) and then re-added it. Upon doing so, the issue no longer occurred, indicating it was an issue with their email client configuration. Thank you.0 -
Interesting. Thanks for the follow-up. I'm 100% sure this is not a server issue, but I'm unable to determine what the issue is. I had hoped it was a setting we could mimic. 0 -

HA! I had their computer guy login to their PC remotely... they were looking at the wrong account. The account with the problem was setup wrong! It turns out the FQDN was incorrect!0 -
