How to upload files from one cPanel to another

Hi I've taken a copy of the files using the backup wizard and I need to put them on a different server. I've done a partial backup and have tried to copy them over using FTP but it seems to be taking far too long. Can I upload to my new cPanel?

  Hello :) You can restore a "Home Directory Backup" using the "Backup" option in cPanel on the destination server. Thank you.
