When i reupload backups of wp-config.php files, websites started workign, so databases are there, but not visible in that particular cpanel..

Hello :) Do you see any output in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing the MySQL databases option within cPanel for that account? Thank you.

the cpanel support solved this issue. To resolve this, I used the Database Mapping Tool, in WHM >> SQL Services, to add these databases and the database user to the cPanel account. I then added the database user, recenze_user, to all the databases.
about "Database Mapping Tool": "The Database Map Tool allows you to assign ownership of databases and database users to specific cPanel accounts. This ownership is retained in the internal mapping of databases to users and will allow management of the databases from within the owner"s cPanel interface."
